Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key detergent distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to drive sales growth and market penetration.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on market share expansion and revenue optimization within the detergent sector.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences specific to the detergent industry to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Present and promote detergent products to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling propositions (USPs) and benefits to close deals effectively.Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities to monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities for detergents.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional offers with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both sales goals and profitability.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide insights and feedback on product improvements, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices relevant to the sale and distribution of detergents. Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldDemonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector, with a focus on detergents or household cleaning products.Exhibits a strong understanding of the detergent market dynamics, including consumer behavior, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.Experience in using CRM software (C4C) will be an advantage.Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
