Role Description

The New Homes Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Essex & Suffolk, United Kingdom. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations for new homes, collaborating with developers and house builders, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets and customer satisfaction are consistently met. The role involves strategic planning and execution to drive sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting staff development through coaching and guidance.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in sales management, business development, and market analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and nurture relationships with developers and clients.
• Proficiency in team leadership, motivation, mentorship, and achieving sales targets.
• Organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Prior experience in real estate, specifically in new homes sales, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and standard office software applications.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Professional certification or qualifications in estate agency or real estate would be advantageous.
