Hiring for HR Manager – UAE
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function while supporting the company’s operational and workforce strategies. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who can manage large, multicultural teams and drive effective people practices.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and UAE labour law
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure efficient talent acquisition
• Design, implement, and manage Training & Development programs tailored to organizational needs
• Handle complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures with fairness and consistency
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention
• Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring accurate payroll processing
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal HR frameworks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in Cleaning, Security, or Facility Management industries managing large blue-collar, multicultural workforces
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and UAE labour law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
