Design products people pick up, smile at, and take home.
We’re working with an award-winning, design-led consumer products brand known for playful, commercial ranges that truly stand out on shelf and online. With a strong, leading presence across the gifting category, this is a business with a clear creative tone and global reach.
They’re now looking to hire two Graphic Designers to join their growing creative team, one midweight and one senior. This is an exciting opportunity for designers at different stages of their career to create trend-driven products and on-pack graphics that excite retailers and resonate with customers worldwide.
Both roles will work closely with product development and production, from early concept through to final artwork, balancing creativity with commercial awareness and playing a key role in the success of both new launches and existing ranges. The senior role will naturally bring a higher level of ownership, autonomy, and creative leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
• Partner closely with Product Development and Production from early concept stages, shaping ideas and translating briefs into strong, commercially viable product solutions.
• Create impactful packaging and on-pack graphics that stand out on shelf, tell a clear story, and delight end customers.
• Design across both new product launches and existing ranges, ensuring consistency, innovation, and strong brand alignment.
• Research, interpret, and apply design, packaging, and consumer trends across gifting, stationery, and the wider retail landscape.
• Balance creativity with commercial considerations, delivering designs that meet brand guidelines, licensor requirements, and retailer expectations.
• Produce, amend, and finalise artwork to a high standard, working accurately to technical specifications, cutter guides (where relevant), and critical path deadlines.
• Confidently present creative ideas and design routes, taking on feedback and refining work to elevate the final outcome.
You’ll bring:
• Commercial design experience within consumer retail products (midweight or senior level depending on role).
• Strong experience in graphic and packaging design; cutter guide experience beneficial but not essential.
• A portfolio showcasing strong packaging, on-pack, and graphic design work.
• A great eye for design, colour, layout, and storytelling, with the ability to turn briefs into commercially exciting products.
• Confidence working with open briefs, creative autonomy, and pushing ideas forward.
• A naturally curious, ideas-driven mindset, with a passion for trends and fresh thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
• Experience working with licensed brands as well as non-licensed product (advantageous).
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace in a busy environment.
• A collaborative mindset and confidence working cross-functionally with clarity and enthusiasm.
• An understanding of the UK retail landscape and what makes products succeed in a competitive market.
Who would love this job:
These roles are perfect for designers who enjoy seeing their ideas become physical products, thrive in a fast-moving retail environment, and want to make a visible impact on a well-loved brand. Whether you’re a confident midweight ready to step up, or a senior designer looking for ownership and influence, these are brilliant opportunities to grow creatively and commercially.
