A reputed 5 star hotel is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper (Head of Housekeeping) to lead and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and linen
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations
• Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization
• Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments
• Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and handle guest feedback professionally
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper / Head of Housekeeping in a 5-star hotel
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
