Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales:Identify and generate leads via networking, referrals, and digital channels.Develop and execute strategies to acquire potential clients.Connect with potential clients & understand their needs, and refer to the advisor.Be involved In networking groups to gather leads.Dealing with general insurance and medical insurance Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract new clients, leveraging market research and data analysis.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through personalized communication and follow-ups.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.Booking meetings for advisor & do the paperwork Key Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance.Skills & Competencies:Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing.
