- Minimum of one year’s experience in Business Analysis
- A commitment to deliver high-quality requirements and processes
- The ability to create clear, unambiguous, and detailed documentation
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development within Business Analysis
- High standard of written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
- Ability to help drive improvement and always strive for better
- You must be a sole UK National
- Willingness to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV security clearance
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Analyze system change requests and determine their validity and content
- Ensure high-quality requirements are developed
- Follow best practices where appropriate
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, SMEs, Developers, and Testers to provide input to work programs and testing
- Review existing processes and systems to drive improvements and efficiencies
- Support the Senior Business Analyst in wider projects
