Description

Provide full administrative and executive support, including management of calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and confidential documents Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes of meetings Coordinate internal and external communications with management, staff, clients, vendors, and relevant authorities Oversee daily office operations, including document control, filing systems, office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination Support logistic and account administration, including logistic coordination, invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounting support Organize and support meetings, events, and business visits Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of management instructions Assist with compliance, audit, and regulatory documentation requirements Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency while performing additional tasks as assigned by management Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) 2 5 years experience in admin and executive assistant roles Excellent communication skills in English Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
